KofC Council 1369 donates $500 to Naperville 203 Connections Special Education Program

Knights of Columbus Council 1369 was pleased to be able to donate $500.00 this week to the Naperville 203 Connections Special Education Program.  This donation was made possible through the fundraising efforts of the hundreds of volunteers and the community members who patronized the Saints Peter & Paul 17th Annual Fish Fry sponsored by the Naperville Knights of Columbus Council #1369 this year.

Easter Egg Hunt for the Kids (on PALM SUNDAY)

Palm Sunday, March 20th at 1:45pm (following 12:30pm Mass)

Bring your own basket and get ready to hunt for candy-filled eggs.

SSPP Knights Blood Drive – March 12, 2016

Please make a charitable donation of a unit of your blood this Lenten season.  One unit of blood can save up to three lives.

The Knights of Columbus Council 1369 will be hosting the next SSPP / St. Raphael blood drive on Saturday, March 12th, 2016, in SSPP’s Zuker hall (the lower level of the junior high building) from 7:30 am until 11:30 am.  Appointments can be made online here, or by contacting Mike Van Bree at (812) 989-5460 or mikevanbree@gmail.com.  Donating only takes an hour, and pancakes, sausage, and refreshments will be available for all donors.  Walk-in’s will be welcome after 9:00 am.  Please advise if you plan on being a walk in donor.

New donors are greatly needed!  Please contact us immediately!

St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Luncheon

It’s that time of year again! The West Suburban Irish are hosting their annual St. Patrick’s Day Naperville Parade on Saturday, March 12, 2016.  Below is the info for the parade and our post-parade luncheon.

PARADE INFO:

  • Please arrive at Naperville North HS between 8:30 and 9:30am
  • Parking is VERY limited; please consider carpools or dropoffs
  • The Knights of Columbus lineup number is: 51
  • Parade vehicles should enter off of the Mill Street entrance, heading south from Ogden Avenue. (Max Height is 12′)
  • Parade start time is: 10:00am

LUNCHEON INFO:

  • Immediately following the parade
  • Takes place at Council #1369 Hall, 615 E. Ogden Avenue
  • Corned beef, hot dogs, salad, chips, Irish soda bread, beverages, Irish beer, Tellamore Dew, Jameson & dessert to be served
  • This is a FAMILY EVENT! Bring the kinfolk!
